This is fucking ridiculous. The morons at chase have sat on my dispute since OCTOBER.

Way back when, I had a file go bad on me. I gave my hard drive to a repair place to recover it. They didn’t recover it, they destroyed my drive, tried to charge me 700 dollars, and charged my card without my consent. I disputed the charge, and won. Took them to court, but they got off on a technicality. I got a letter saying that 300 of the money was charged back to my account, so I disputed that.

Someone at chase honestly believes that a company can take someones shit, break it, then charge them and expect to get paid. I havent seen my hard drive since march of last year. I just spent 45 minutes on the phone with some tard from chase, explaining the whole situation and trying to ask the guy if he honestly believes what hes telling me. He said the merchant refuses to give me back my hard drive unless I pay an additional 400 dollars ( to the 275 they rebilled me for). FOR WHAT? I asked for data recovery, I got none. The contract garunteed that I would get my hard drive back in the same condition it was given to me in, and I was told it was wiped. No drive, No data, and I’m supposed to pay 675 dollars? Fuck that.

Anybody know a good lawyer? I’m considering suing these fuckers for breech of contract, false advertising, destruction of private property, ANTI-SLAPP and harassment.

Seriously, I need to win 25 grand in the lottery, pay off all my stupid debt, and leave the country. This shit is just gonna keep getting worse. Unless rioting or lawlessness breaks out.. muhahahaa. Then it’ll be another story.
